Preamble

Introduction

By transacting on our Platform, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy. ZYNDORA provides research support and expert mentorship — services that involve immediate allocation of specialist resources upon engagement.

Expert Deployment: Unlike physical products, ZYNDORA's services involve deployment of intellectual resources. This distinction is reflected in the conditions outlined below.

Withdrawal

A cancellation request is valid if submitted within 7 calendar days of order, provided work has not yet commenced on the project.

Exceptions

  • Work Commenced: Partial refunds only if work has already started.
  • Session-Based: No refunds for mentorship sessions once commenced or within 24hr of schedule.
  • Digital Products: Once accessed/downloaded, cancellation is not applicable.
  • Tool Subscriptions: Pro-rated refunds are not available for HARVEST or AKIRA HUB.

Standard

Service Quality & Dispute Resolution

Quality concerns must be raised within 7 days of receiving the deliverable. ZYNDORA reserves the right to offer revisions to address concerns before a refund is considered.

Subjective dissatisfaction with third-party outcomes (e.g., journal rejection or supervisor feedback) does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval. Approved refunds are subject to deduction of non-recoverable payment platform fees.

Limits

Non-Refundable Services

Completed deliverables, consultation fees for held sessions, publication support fees (following rejection), and rush/priority premiums are explicitly excluded from refunds.
