• Payment Obligation: You agree to pay all charges associated with the Services you avail.

You expressly agree not to:

• Post content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringing on third-party rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its databases.
• Use scraping tools or automated scripts to collect data without express consent.
• Circumvent or disable security-related features of the Platform.

Platform Content: You are granted a limited license to access the Platform solely for personal, academic research purposes. This does not include rights to reproduce or commercially exploit content.

Client Materials: All IP rights in research data or manuscripts shared by you remain exclusively yours. ZYNDORA makes no claim over client-owned research content.

Service Outcome Disclaimer

While we maintain high standards, we cannot guarantee specific academic results, journal acceptance, or thesis approval. Decisions rest solely with third-party institutions and editors.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZYNDORA from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your breach of these terms or violation of any third-party rights.

Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, governmental actions, or infrastructure failures.

ZYNDORA reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review updates periodically.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Arni, Tamil Nadu, India.
